International orders. I have estimated costs. If you prefer, please ask for a shipping quote. I will ship just about anywhere and can obtain a quote, if required.

Whenever possible I use Royal Mail International Standard service (Air Mail) or occasionally, for bulky expensive orders or, if pre-arranged with the buyer, Royal Mail's International signed for service that can be tracked. However, tracking is not available for every destination from the UK.

Within GB I use Royal Mail standard parcel service wherever possible. Heavy or large items may be sent with another courier if they are above the weight or dimensions limit for Royal Mail.

International buyers are responsible for any and all import and customs charges, Sales Taxes and additional fees and charges applied by individual governments and states and for any mail service handling charges.

Delivery times around the world vary, usually within the EU your will usually receive your item in 5 - 10 days from posting, the rest of the world Royal Mail suggests 7 - 14 days, however my experience tells me that realistically it could be up to 3-4 weeks to some destinations. Occasionally there are postal delays or customs delays that are out of my hands. UK law on distance selling states that you should receive your goods within 30 days of purchase. If there is a longer delay, do let me know, but bear in mind that most goods do reach their destination safely. For my own part, I will dispatch promptly and let you know when your item has been posted.

To clarify, I am not VAT registered, and I do not charge VAT on any of my items. VAT is not applicable on any of my items.

Australian customers will see GST added to their purchase price. GST is a sales tax charged by the Australian government and it is applied at checkout and collected by Etsy on behalf of the Australian government.

I try to keep the costs as realistic and as reasonable as is possible. Your shipping cost includes a small amount for packaging.

If you buy a number of items together and I can make a saving on the postage, I will refund the difference.

If the postage is more than I have stated, I will pay the difference myself.
