Are your crystals real?

Yes! I only use 100% natural crystals and gemstones in my shop.

Can I choose my own crystal?

There are many designs available where the exact stone photographed is the piece you are buying, however many other designs show a sample of the design and due to the high volume of orders and time restraints we cannot allow specific stone selections but if you have a preference eg: lighter, darker, smaller etc leave it in your purchase notes and we will do our best to accommodate.

When will I receive my order?

Current processing is only 1-2 days. USPS estimated arrival dates appear on the listing based on your location, but typically orders placed in the US once shipped will arrive within 3-7 business days (longer during holiday periods).

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, all of our pieces arrive in a gender neutral gift box with ribbon.

I am buying a gift, can I ship to them directly?

Yes, simply enter their address at checkout as well as an optional gift message and your special gift will be mailed directly to your loved one.

What if I ordered the wrong size? Or changed my mind?

Unfortunately exchanges/returns are not available for wrong size selections or for any change of mind as crystals have been drilled and materials and chains have been cut to your specific lengths. Every effort has been made to help you select the right sizes with all measurements listed as well as detailed photos, videos and the measure and fit guides provided. Why no cancellations/returns?

Great question! As every piece is handmade to order after custom colors and sizes are selected (this means crystals are drilled, sterling silver, rose gold and 14k gold fill chains and materials are cut to specific lengths) your jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind or any wrong size selections. Every effort is made in our photos, video and descriptions along with the measure and fit guides provided to help you make an informed decision and to shop with confidence.

Smoky Quartz crystal choker necklace features a natural rough Smokey Quartz point that hangs from a 14 inch faux leather black suede cord.

Our current batch of these beauties are gorgeous with lots of large and chunky crystals ranging from 20-35mm long (3/4 - 1.5 inch).

They range from deep browns to a mix of clear and dark. Each Crystal is entirely unique and may vary from the product photography, but will be just as beautiful!
