I requested a maroon banner and received a red banner. Upon contacting the shop owner she simply defended herself and said she couldn’t even tell the difference. Her only attempt to correct the situation was telling me I could return the product. No promise of a refund or attempt correct the error. I have never left a poor review for any Etsy store but felt this store needed one. If you’re looking to get a custom banner done for $50, make it yourself (that’s what I’m doing now) or find another shop.
