Bears are very pearly and shiny. The necklaces are 6cm long, chain is 2x26cm long, please ask for custom length.

- Items are shipped from Europe so it may take 1-3 weeks for them go get to other continents.
For most countries tracking is available via Etsy.

- If you don't receive the order in 4 weeks, please contact me via private message and I will resend your order AFTER you make sure it's not waiting for you at the post office.

- If you don't pick up your registered package from the post office in two weeks and it will return to me you will have to pay the shipping cost again plus 4USD for the fee I have to pay to pick the package up again.

- packages need to be signed as they are tracked. Meaning there has to be a recipient available to receive it, if not, the package will be available for pickup at the post office.

As it states in my listings, I live in Europe. It can take 2 to even 4 weeks on occasion for the package to get there. If it's been over 4 weeks from the shipment date and it hasn't been seen at your local post office i can file a complaint and refund you or send you a new package. If it's been under 4 weeks I don't do refunds because I paid for shipment and your package is on its way. By buying from me you agree to that terms.
