CANCELATION I know there might be time an order must be canceled, and I will be more than happy as long as it is within 24 hours of purchase. I purchase all apparel from supplier after the 24 hour and I can not return merchandise to supplier. After 24 hours, but prior to personalization (please contact first) I have to deduct %25 percent plus $4.95 shipping from your total refund on all apparel item, as they are custom ordered, and this is the fee supplier charges us to return and restock, they have no acceptation .

What is the correct format for a Monogram?

The order of a monogram is as follows: First LAST, Middle Name. Example: Susan Kelly Monk= SMK (M is last name) When monogram initials are provided, always provide in the format "first, LAST, middle name". WE will assume letters are in correct format and will stich left to right.

SHIPPING Orders are shipped using USPS Priority, and First class Shipping times are not included in production time. Please understand, I have no control over the postal service, if item is lost you must contact your local post office, so they can speak with your local mail carrier and get the last GPS scan. post office does not consider a package lost until 30 days have past. I do not guarantee deadlines, again it is impossible since I have no control over the package ones it leaves my hand.

Please note, If you item is marked as delivered, but you did not receive it, please wait 24 hours (there are time's when your mailman was unable to leave your package in a secure location, and will attempt delivery the next day. If you still have not received package, you MUST contact your local post office. I can not refund if the item is in transit.
