As every product is handmade upon order we need 5-10 business days for flat sandals, bags, and accessories and 3-4 weeks for heels and ballerinas. We ship via UPS EXPRESS. Delivery time takes 1-5 business days worldwide,

Exchange Only: As all the handmade products of our brand are exclusively made to order, there is no right of withdrawal, based on what is specifically provided in European Union Law. 2. CUSTOMS
For orders shipped to the United States, there are no customs duties or import taxes—everything is already included in the final price, and no additional charges will be required upon delivery.
For orders within the European Union, there are also no customs duties or import taxes, as shipments move freely within the EU.
For all other countries, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are strictly the responsibility of the buyer. Greek Chic Handmades has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any customs charges that may arise. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As each item is handmade specifically to your preferences (size, color, etc.), we kindly ask that you carefully review the product description before placing your order. If you have any questions, we are always happy to help.

1. Exchange Only: All our products are made to order, therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with European Union regulations.

3. Exchange Conditions: To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused and unworn. Shoes should only be tried on a soft, carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damage. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all labels, and properly protected inside its original box.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the replacement item.
5. Manufacturing Issues: In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair the item or provide a replacement.
