◆ WHAT IS AN INFINITY DRESS? WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY ONE-SIZE-FITS-MOST?

All the dresses in our shop are the same type (just different colour and length). You can create many different styles with this one dress. Play around with the two long straps to create the different looks. You can also match it with our chiffon overlay skirt to give it a different look! TDY Infinity dress is able to fit a wide range of sizes due to the elastic waistband; - Regular dress: fits ~22 to 36 inches waist - Plus size: fits ~36 to 53 inches waist - Kids size: fits ~14 to 23 inches waist

◆ DO YOU ACCEPT RETURN?

Yes we do accept return. Buyers would have to mail out the parcel within 7 days. (starting from the date of delivery) Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fee and only the *cost of the item will be refunded. *For Dress returns, a USD$10 fee Per Dress will be deducted from the cost of dress （restock fee). The item must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair. STRICTLY NO RETURN FOR SALE ITEMS AND CUSTOMISED ITEMS.

◆ WHERE DO I MEASURE THE LENGTH OF THE DRESS FROM?

The length of the dress depends on where the waistband is worn. For shorter ladies you can wear it higher up nearer to the bust and for taller ladies you can wear it at your natural waist. The straps can be adjusted to fit the different body shapes and can be wrapped tighter or looser depending on the body and style.

◆ WHAT ARE THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DRESS?

You can hand wash it using cold water or machine wash in cold water using a netted bag. Hang and dry it naturally, do not throw it into the dryer.

◆ DO YOU HAVE BOW TIES/ NECK TIES FOR THE GUYS AND LITTLE BOYS?

Yes! We are the first and only shop to launch Matching Bow ties and Neck ties for your Grooms and Groomsmen. The Bow ties do come in Kids Size that is suitable for the page boys! They are all made of the same fabric as the dresses, definitely a perfect matchy-matchy look with the Bridesmaids!

◆ WHY DID MY PARCEL INCUR DUTY/ CUSTOMS CHARGES?

Different country have got different customs policies, all these duty/ customs charges are collected by your government, we do not earn a single cent from this. Your parcel may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations. If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed. If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will deducted from the cost of the item(s), and the balance from the cost of the item(s) will then be refunded back. The shipping fee to mail out the item will not be refunded back.

◆ WHY IS THE SHIPPING EXPENSIVE?

Shipping fees are higher for several reasons. We use DHL to ensure faster delivery. The dress is relatively heavy, which increases shipping costs, and ongoing global conflicts and fuel shortages have further raised carrier rates. Being based in Singapore also adds to international shipping expenses. We bear a portion of the shipping cost to help ease the burden on our customers. Please note that shipping fees do not include customs duties, VAT, or import taxes unless these have been prepaid through Etsy, in which case it will be indicated on the parcel before dispatch.

◆ WHY DO YOU NEED MY PHONE NUMBER?

The phone number is required just in case the courier company would like to contact you regarding delivery. Please be assured the phone number is solely for the courier company delivery purposes and we do not share it with anybody else.

◆ WHY IS THE COLOUR DIFFERENT ONLINE AND IN REALITY? / WHY ARE THE COLOURS DIFFERENT FROM THE DRESS I BOUGHT EARLIER?

We tried our best to portray the colour as true as possible but it may differ a little due to the settings of the monitors. I would highly recommend you to get our Free Fabric Swatches before proceeding to buy the dresses. Please kindly note that, for different batch of fabric there might be a slight colour difference due to different batch dye which we are unable to control.

If I could give this 6 stars I would. Very delicate and a beautiful addition to the wrap dress I've ordered in blush. The seller was nice enough to take pictures of this item with 3 different colour dresses so I could see the effect.
