WHAT SOFTWARE DO I NEED?

Some templates are edited in Canva, some are edited in Adobe Acrobat Reader, and some listings include both options. Please check the individual listing images and description before purchase to see exactly which editing format is included. Canva templates require a free Canva account. Adobe templates require the free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

CAN I EDIT ON MY PHONE OR TABLET?

Canva templates can usually be edited on a phone, tablet or computer using a free Canva account. Adobe Acrobat Reader templates are best edited on a laptop or desktop computer. I do not recommend editing Adobe PDF templates on a phone, tablet or in a browser preview app.

CAN I CHANGE THE COLORS, FONTS OR DESIGN?

This depends on the editing format included with the listing. Canva templates usually allow more flexible editing, including text, fonts, colors and some design elements. Adobe Acrobat Reader templates are for simple text editing only. They do not allow you to change colors, fonts, backgrounds, graphics or layout. Please check each listing description for exact editing details.

No. My Canva templates are designed to work with a free Canva account. If you choose to add your own Canva Pro elements, photos or fonts while editing, Canva may ask you to pay for those extras. You can avoid this by only using free Canva elements.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY DIGITAL FILES?

After purchase, Etsy will provide your download files. You can find them by going to your Etsy account, then Purchases and reviews. Etsy also sends a download link by email. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email.

CAN YOU PERSONALIZE THE TEMPLATE FOR ME?

These are self-editable templates, so you personalize them yourself. If you get stuck, please message me and I’ll help as soon as I’m online. Please note I am based in Asia, so there may be a time zone difference.

Yes. Most templates are designed to print at home on white cardstock or heavyweight paper. For best results, use bright white cardstock and set your printer to high quality. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer and paper choice.

CAN I PRINT AT A COPY SHOP?

Yes. You can print at a local copy shop such as Staples, Office Depot, Officeworks or another print provider. For Adobe PDF templates, use the final saved PDF. For Canva templates, download your finished design as a PDF Print file for best quality.

CAN I SAVE AS A JPG TO TEXT OR EMAIL?

For Canva templates, yes. You can download your finished design as a JPG and send it by text or email. Adobe Acrobat Reader templates are best for editing text and saving as a PDF for printing.

CAN I PRINT MORE THAN ONCE?

Yes. You can print as many copies as you need for your own personal use. You may not share, sell, redistribute or commercially use the digital files or finished products.
