I am the creator of these designs. I work with a company to produce and print my prints on to sweaters, tanks, tees, sweatshirts & hoodies. This means that I am not in charge of shipping. Few things to note as to why there are delays in my shop:

1. Etsy takes about a week to process your payment. This means I cannot place your order for at least a week.
2. The company takes 2 weeks to print. Now we are at a 3 week processing time.
3. When the company finally ships out, only then can I update you with your shipping information.

Therefore, this shop takes about 4-5 weeks (1 month) during holiday season to reach you! It may be 2-3 during a non demanding month.

The entire experience was horrible. Not only did it take a month to get here but the owner never emailed to update anything. Didn’t know if I was ever going to get my package until I reached out. The quality of the sweater SUCKS. What’s supposed to be white is blue because it bled all over the white. I honestly want to return it because it looks nothing like the photo.

As stated in my FAQS and description of my shop, I am solely the designer of the items. The items are printed and shipped via an outside company! The FAQs also lists that it takes a minimum of 3 weeks to ship. Therefore, once you place an order I update the shipping once it ships, which I did in our messages. I did not reach out earlier, because it had not shipped prior to your messages. As for the bleeding, I issued a 50% refund because this has never happened to me in the samples I have ordered. I will definitely check what is going on with the company
