Gift wrapping and packaging

Each item I sell is beautifully packaged. It comes perfect to give as a gift, without the need for you to wrap further. Etsy now offers a gift message service, simply add your gift message into this box. If being shipped direct to he recipient please ensure their address is the shipping address. I do not include any pricing/invoices in the package

How soon will my order ship

Jewelry for Children and Babies

All my items are ADULT sized. I do have smaller jewelry for teens and slightly younger children but do not offer Jewelry for anyone under the age of 10. Please contact me before placing an order if you require anything smaller than ADULT sized. WARNING ~ CHOKING HAZARD My Jewelry contains small parts that could be a choking hazard for pets, babies and small Children. Please keep all jewelry out of reach of Pets, babies and small children.

How do I care for my piece of Jewelry

To preserve the life of any piece of jewelry, store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with water, chemicals, fragrances and extreme temperatures. CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR STAINLESS STEEL CHARMS * Clean any marks with a lint free soft cloth and vinegar * Do not scrub or it may scratch! * To enhance the shine, use a drop of baby oil on a lint free cloth.

We are currently only shipping within the USA. No international shipping is offered at this time

Do you sell the charms on their own?

I am sorry, but we only sell completed pieces of jewelry. You can purchase extra charms to add to a piece we are currently making for you, but we do not supply charms for sale on their own.

What is Laser engraving

We engrave all of our stainless steel charms by laser. This means we can engrave with much more detail and precision. The marking is more above the metal not cut into it like you find with sellers that hand stamp. Take a look at our little video we have posted if you would like to see the process

Can I include a gift message

Etsy offers a gift message feature, simply click the box that shows its for a gift, then click the next box to add a gift message. A new box will then be displayed, please add your gift message to that box. This prints like an invoice style message WITHOUT pricing. If you do not enter your message in the correct box we have no way of including a gift message as we no longer carry separate gift cards
