Process time takes me around 7-20 days to have it ready to ship.

* Raw brass so with time it will tarnish and require occasional cleaning. My preference is steel wool, since it gives a nice satin finish, you can also use a few drops of lemon juice on a soft cloth.

If choosing solid gold version, I advise to choose the EMS Express shipping method.

The jewelry is designed and manufactured in Israel by hand and plated with a durable quality Nickel-free gold plating.

We give a one-year responsibility for the gold plating from the purchase date. If you'd like to renew the plating after the warranty expired, we'll be glad to recoat it with a symbolic cost.

If jewelry is damaged for some reason, you can send it to our studio and we will repair it, please attach the order number and send us a message with all the details about the damage that occurs and we will contact you.
We will update what the repair cost is after seeing what the damage is.
