need your order fully customized choose the CUSTOM
Option.
2. PERSONALIZATION- Please write to us in this section
to let us know what you'd like on your item.
3. ART PROOFS - Art proofs will be sent in about 1-3
weeks from the time you order, sometimes it's a few days.
Please check your Etsy mail for proofs and send us your
approval ASAP so we can begin production. Please leave us
your phone number if you'd like as well so we can text the proof.
4. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES - Our shipping times are estimates
and not exact dates. Make sure to leave the correct shipping address
at checkout.
5. PACKING, SHIPPING, TRACKING INFO- We use great care in packing your products to
get to you safely. We use a variety of paper, bubbles, styrofoam, and
packing pillows. Tracking info will be sent to your ETSY mail once we
print your shipping label. Should an item arrive damaged please save
all packing material and take pics of damages and the packing box, bubbles, etc. so
we can submit a claim.
