I am an International Customer. What shipping service do you use and what about duty?

Orders are shipped USPS. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not mark international orders as "gift", or with any value other than the amount you pay; we could face heavy fines and/or lose our business license. YOU are responsible for all TAXES and DUTY owed. Please check with YOUR countries laws about restrictions and thresholds. You may want to consider keeping your order values low.

The tracking says my order was delivered but I don't have it. Help?

It doesn't happen often but packages are sometimes mis-delivered. We recommend that you check the following: -members of your household -neighbors -postal carrier -local post master If you are not successful in recovering your package, please contact us and we will work with you to find it/replace it/reship it.

Many of our items are handmade, to order just for you. We even cut custom lengths of our wire and customize commercially made products. Let us know your deadline when you check out or contact us with your "jump ring emergency" and we will get your order completed on time.

These Heart Shaped Jewelry Grade Blanks or Discs are all ready for you to stamp and use in your handmade creations. These heart blanks are smooth because we have done all of the PREP work for you. They even come with matching jump rings. They measure 25mm X 25mm and have a 2.3mm hole. They are made from 20 gauge (.8mm /.032") sheet stock, so these are sturdy. The raw discs come shiny, the antique discs come with in instant old finish - each one is unique! Each listing is for 5 heart blanks.

Our custom handmade 16 gauge 4.5mm ID are included. They are the same price with or without the jump rings - we know that probably doesn't make any sense, but in order to tumble and polish them we have to keep them from sticking together and the jump rings accomplish that task perfectly.
