Crochet Clown Pattern by Made by Mary

This delightful clown is sure to bring a smile to any face!

This pattern is written in English, using US Crochet Terms.
Doll is made using amigurumi, working in the round.
16 pages, 80+ PHOTOS and STITCH COUNT for every row, are included to help you finish your project.
Gauge is not important.
Doll is 20" tall standing.

Supplies:
Worsted weight yarn in colors listed
Fine weight yarn
Crochet hooks size F/5 (3.75mm) and B/1 (2.25mm)
2 12mm safety eyes
White Felt
Felt of various colors: Red, Yellow, Pink, Green, Blue (Optional)
6” Dowel, Chop Stick or Popsicle Stick; Model has 3/8” dowel.
12” of wire for balloon string. You can use a few pipe cleaners twisted together. Model has 14 awg (2.08 mm) Solid Core Copper Wire (found at hardware store)
Green pipe cleaner
12-15 red 5mm pony beads for bow tie (optional)
Yarn needle
Stitch markers
Fiberfill or stuffing of your choice

So happy I purchased this pattern. Fantastic - loved how my clown turned! Despite a few minor challenges with the loop stitch for the hair (was my first time crocheting hair with this stitch), the pattern was very easy to follow and I thoroughly enjoyed making him.
