An alternative choice of wedding ring, made out of a combination of 9ct red gold and sterling silver, and featuring either a loose woodgrain pattern or tight star pattern.

The perfect alternative choice to the traditional wedding ring, this slim Mokume Gane band is ideal for those who want something different to the norm. Suitable as a wedding ring, or just for everyday wear. While more subtle than our other rings, this ring still shows off the beauty of the pattern.

The beauty of our jewellery at Wabi Mokume is that every single piece of jewellery is unique: the pattern can never be made identical again.

One of these rings measure as 4mm wide, and 1.8mm thick.

Jewellery care tips:

Remove hand and arm wear, such as rings, before doing heavy labour, such as gardening. Heavy activities can damage pieces, creating dents and scratches, and potentially knocking gemstones out of their settings.

Keep away from chemicals, such as toilet bleach or swimming pools, as these can discolour the metals, and damage semi precious gemstones.

All of our Mokume Gane jewellery is finished with a matt finish, to enhance the patterns and the colours of the metals. However, this finish may slowly fade away, leaving pieces with a polished/burnished finish.

It is recommended to take the piece to a jeweller or return to us to have it recleaned every 6-12 months

Pieces with gemstones should also be taken to a jeweller/returned to us to have checked and cleaned, where a jeweller will tighten any loose stones and clean your jewellery. Message us after every 6 months to organise a free check and clean of your jewellery free of charge (not including postage).
