I recommend hand washing all items in my shop. High temperatures from a dishwasher can cause damage. Also, please do not place in the microwave.

Please contact me within 3 business days of delivery if you have a damaged item. I will need photos to file a claim with USPS. The buyer is to keep the item and all of it's packaging while the insurance claim underway. PLEASE NOTE****The USPS may need to see the item and the packaging at your LOCAL POST OFFICE. After a claim has been filed and approved I will resend you a duplicate item.

Yes. I mail all my orders with the exception of decal purchases out with shipping insurance through USPS (or for larger orders: Fedex) and they will come with a tracking number. Once packages are marked DELIVERED by the USPS or Fedex, I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.

I focus on production and getting orders shipped to you as quickly as possible. please understand I do not usually send proofs of designs before production...unless it a special request order. I don not send pictures of finished products prior to shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

I normally do not send an invoice with product unless you specifically request one with shipment. You can access your invoice on Etsy. To access: go to Etsy. On the top of the page click on the drop-down menu under "YOU", Click: "Purchases & Reviews",then click "View Receipt" . You can the print your invoice/receipt.

I only do exchanges on broken items. Once production has began there will be no refunds due to the fact every item is made to order and/or are customized.

Yes. If you need an order FAST please purchase a "rush order" listing along with the item you want. A rush orders puts your order at the top of my production queue. Usually shipping is within 1-2 business days. The "rush order" listing is located on my main landing page in my store.

If you contact me about an order and want it by a certain date...and I agree to have it done for you by that date then ***You need to order your item(s) that day***. If you wait a few days or weeks to order your item I cannot then guarantee it will get to you in time. I don't want your item to miss it's special occasion.

I ship to the address you have listed with your Etsy account. If you want it shipped to a different address please make sure you change the address when ordering through Etsy. Please understand, I am not responsible for shipping to the wrong address if that is what you have on file with Etsy. If delivery fails for any reason, I will send you an invoice for additional shipping costs to resend the item back out to you.

ALL COLORS & PERSONALIZATION INFORMATION SHOULD BE PUT IN THE "NOTES TO SELLER" SECTION DURING CHECKOUT. It is very hard to keep track of numerous personalization details that are sent in Etsy conversations & emails. Please remember, I have large amounts of orders to keep track of.
