Their customer service is amazing! The tracking turned to "deadmail" and I reached out to ask if they had any additional information and they immediately got back to me and shipped a new one. The ornament itself is beautiful! I am excited to add this to the christmas basket I am making for my boss with all things Iceland prior to their family trip in January! :)
