Any straps should be oiled a few times a year (1-3). Apply a moderate amount of neatsfoot oil to both sides of the strap, and allow to soak in overnight.

Oil-tan and latigo leathers should need very little care. On latigo leathers, a white, waxy residue will sometimes develop if the item has not been used in some time; this is just wax from the leather treatment coming to the surface, and can be wiped off with a clean, dry cloth.
Vegetable tanned leathers, such as in bracers or our corsets, should be oiled about once per year. Apply a light coating of neatsfoot oil to the top surface with a clean, dry cloth, and allow to soak in overnight.

We repair our own products, with cost for repair assessed on a case by case basis.

Any repair required in the first 90 days of purchase will be free of charge.

Cost for minor customizations to existing products, such as a change of color, size, or hardware, will be assessed for additional material costs, plus a 20% customization fee.
