❖ VELVET CLOTHES:
You can use machine wash at low temperature and dry in the dryer.
Please do not iron the clothes, even after washing. Enough only strongly shake it.
That velvet looks smooth, you can do that with steam machine.

❖ SATIN CLOTHES:
It's possible to wash satin in a washing machine on the gentle cycle, using a liquid detergent and low temperature.
Can be dried in the dryer. If you take it out of the dryer immediately after drying, you will not need to iron the garment.
IRONING: Steam iron if necessary.
Using an iron, always do it on the wrong side of the fabric.

All our items which were made by your measurements are custom made and that’s why they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Right away after order, each customer receive automatic message from Etsy, asking to check the size you picked.
Please be advised, each brand has their own size chart, same as we are. There is no standard size chart exist.

❖ ALTERATION:
Any customization is possible - just feel free to contact with us about this.
We will try to do all to sewing perfect dress for you, but due to custom online order be ready for some local ALTERATIONS when you receive your dress. You can always get altered it by your local seamstress, if that will be needed - plan your budget according to this please.
❖ Sometimes the length of the skirt can be a little longer, it just so happens. It is better to get a slightly longer than shorter ;)
❖ As the garments are made only by your given measurements, we can't accept the RETURNS. We all have different body types and that garment won't find it's person.

What a complete surprise and delight to be able to order and customize a formal velvet gown for my son’s wedding! I had looked for a velvet gown and couldn’t find one. Desir Vale took all the measurements that I sent, asked several questions by return email, made a couple of suggestions, then created a truly beautiful gown that was customized from her basic sample! The velvet isn’t a silk one, but has a beautiful weight and the same “light” that velvet should have when one moves! I felt elegantly, perfectly clad for my youngest son’s holiday, formal wedding! Oh! The gown came in less than a month, even with all the changes I had requested! She seemed determined to meet or exceed my hopes: she absolutely did!! I highly recommend buying from this artist!!

This is the second time our group of friends have ordered from Vale, and just the same as last time she didn’t disappoint. Vale has even gone out of her way to ship later for one dress, as the bridesmaid is going to be 7 months pregnant at the wedding. The dresses came 2 weeks faster than anticipated, leaving plenty of time to make sure everything was right…which it was! I would highly recommend going through Vale for custom velvet dresses, it has been an all around wonderful experience and the dresses are flawless.
