2) Receive a digital proof of your design within 24 business hours. Once you receive the digital proof, you will be able to make one free adjustment to this design but a complete change of design will incur an additional $10.00 design fee

3) Once you approve your design, your custom stamp will ship out within 3 business days

**If you don't respond to the design proof within 2 days then you will receive a reminder message. If there is no response to the reminder then your stamp will ship out after 2 days 'as-is'. Any problems with the design are the buyer's responsibility**

- PLEASE check your emails and Etsy Convo for the design proof. If we don't receive a response your order will be produced as is, and there will be a 1-2 week delay.
No changes or refunds will be given once we have created your stamp due to lack of communication on your end.

- Combined shipping for more than 1 order purchased at the same time is available for a small additional fee. Please note that combined shipping is for ONE shipping address only.
