All our leather products are carefully handmade or hand finished, from natural materials one piece at a time. Because of this, there may be slight variations in the products. The product you receive may not be exactly identical to the one pictured. These small natural imperfections, which may be slight color, or shape give handcrafted items their innate soulful character and appeal. Our products are crafted by highly skilled artisans who take pride in producing superior quality items. We sincerely hope that you will enjoy each leather product as much as we enjoyed making it for you. Please contact us with any questions about the color or size of any item before purchasing.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide us the right address where the parcel will be shipped. At that case normally parcels will be marked as unclaimed and will return to us.
If an item is unclaimed and returned to us buyer pays the shipping cost for the parcel to be resent again. If this item is made to order or a custom order we cannot refund you in that case.

If you have any reason that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 4 working days of receiving your package.
• You can return the product within 14 days since the day you received it and get an exchange or a fixed price discount for your next order. In these cases, and if the item is in the same new condition, you will be charged BOTH the shipping costs (to Greece and back to you), unless an error was made by us or the product is faulty/damaged upon delivery.
• In case of return a Free Shipping item for a refund, you will be charged BOTH the shipping costs (to you and back to Greece). We OFFER free shipping but we pay for it.
