Custom Baby Clothes Memory Quilt – Handmade Keepsake Quilt with Sashing

Got a stack of your kids old baby clothes just sitting around catching dust for keepsakes? Let me take them and turn them into a stunning memory quilt like the pictures in this listing! Makes a great gift for any occasion or to keep for yourself for years to come and pass down from generation to generation!

This listing is for a quilt in the same style as the picture. It is made out of your baby's clothing in 8" blocks and will have sashing around each block and a border around the entire quilt and then stippling (invisible stitch that makes it a "quilt") all over to make it beautiful and hold it together better over time.

All pieces are cut in 8" blocks (depending on the size I may have to make them into 4" blocks and put four blocks into one to make it a 8" block, keep this in mind if some pieces are very small you will need more than the number asked). One front or back is one block and with baby clothes I like to use front and back and sometimes can get more than one block out of each side). I use interfacing on the backs to keep them from stretching out and it also makes for a beautiful, wrinkle-free quilt!

You will need approximately 12 blocks for a crib, 25 for a throw, twin 48, full 56, queen 72, and king 90.

If you don't have as many as asked, don't worry, I can fill in with fabric blocks for an extra small charge. I can get more than you would think out of baby clothes and will do my best to get the size you want out of your baby's clothes!

Price includes all of your materials. We provide the fabric for the entire quilt (We use 100% cotton fabrics and batting). You just let us know your favorite colors or combinations and we will find the perfect fabrics just for you! Not sure what colors or designs you want? **If you would like to have really pretty and soft backing like the minky in the pictures of this listing, go see my other listings and also purchase the one that is for "Add on Minky Backing Fabric". It makes for a really soft and beautiful quilt! If you don't purchase the extra listing I will use 100% cotton for the backing.
