Do you do custom embroidery commissions?

Yes we do! Please message me with a clear picture or pictures of what you want and the exact dimensions you need it to be. From there I can calculate the time to digitize a pattern and the thread count and get you a price. I can make embroidered towels, hats, t-shirts, hoodies, patches, and even baby bibs.

When will your sold out items be back in stock?

Since our items are made to order, when an item sells, we make it after the purchase. Once the item is done being made and shipped to it's customer, we then re-list for purchase again. Just keep an eye out on the listing, or message me and I'll be happy to contact you when I'm getting ready to re-list the item. :)

Can you take a picture of your item next to a ruler?

Since our items are made to order, I do not have these items in stock pre-made to take a new picture of them. However, we do make sure to have dimensions or our items in the item description. Sometimes we even have it in the item title and in the pictures as well. If you don't see the dimensions in any of these areas please message me!

Why can't I buy more than one item at a time?

Since our items are made to order, I only list one at a time. This is because Etsy does not increase my time to make items as multiples are purchased. If you are interested in multiple items, please message me *before* you purchase your items. We can talk about how many you need and how long I'll need to increase the production time from there. Once we're all clear on how long it will take me, I'll increase the quantity for you to purchase. This way your order is all together and you don't get overcharged on shipping and taxes!

Can you change colors or sizes on your items?

Yes I can, but you *must* contact me about it first. If you just leave a note at check out, I can't guarantee I'll have the color/s you were looking for. Also with size changes comes a change in price so you will need to know the price change first. My current largest embroidery hoops are 7"x 12" and 7.75"x7.75". If you want an embroidered piece that goes beyond those sizes I will not be able to accommodate that.

Can I purchase a towel set from you?

The short answer to this is yes, however, you must contact me with exactly what you are looking to have in the set. Everyone thinks of a "towel set" differently, so I need to know what sizes you want, how many, and in what colors. The availability of my towel venders greatly affects my ability to make large sets, especially if it's in odd colors. So please contact me with that information so I can look into if those sizes and colors are available.

I want to buy a full Psychonauts set not just one patch!

I do have listings for both the original Psychonauts and Psychonauts 2 full sets. However being a popular item they sell out very quick. As I mentioned in the sold out section of the FAQ you just need to keep an eye out on the listing or message me and I'll be happy to contact you when I re-list. :)

I bought this for my boyfriend because the bath towels in hand house in his bathroom are manly, so to say,. In very well used. And he loves deadpool, he is a huge fan. So he absolutely love this and I'm waiting for a bath towel now to come in the mail as well. Wonderful work.
