If you need a different length, please include the desired length in the Note to Seller box or send us a message. Many minor adjustments are at no cost but may add to the shipping time, depending on the design and availability of components. If you are working within a specific time frame, please let us know – we are happy to work with you.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
All items are handmade by Susan Brackett in a smoke-free home, one of a kind and ready to ship. We never use stock photos - all photos are taken of the actual item you will receive. Items ship within 3 business days, with the majority shipping within 1 business day, and include tracking whenever possible. Note: Alterations or customization will add to the shipping time.

Whether you are purchasing a gift for yourself or someone else, orders arrive wrapped in a gift box ready for gift giving. If you would like a personalized message sent with your order, please include your message in the Note to Seller box or send us a message.

CUSTOM PIECES:
We are always open to custom projects or making custom modifications to our designs when possible. Minor adjustments may take a few days whereas custom orders average 1-4 weeks, depending on the design and availability of components. If you need your item(s) within a specific time frame, please let us know – we are happy to work with you.
