If there is no response, I will send several messages. After that, the order will either be: (1) Made as purchased or (2) Closed and store credit will be given, good for 1 year, a shipping notification will be sent with the coupon code. No further reminders will be sent.

Orders will be shipped with the method selected at checkout to the address provided with the order.

Orders are shipped with DHL, USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

UPGRADES:
You can upgrade the processing time and/or the shipping time if you need them faster. Please only use the upgrades on orders with the same item types.

All products are made to each buyers’ specifications, so no cancelations will be granted after work has begun on the order. I offer unlimited proofs.

If you would like to CANCEL your order, please do so within 1 HOUR of purchase. Once work starts all sales are final. Cancelation after 1 hour, but before work has started, a store credit will be granted to use later (expiring one year from purchase date).

If your item arrives DAMAGED, please contact me at Tanya@PurpleBerryInk.com, with a photo of the damage. I will remake and ship a replacement as soon as possible. I want you to love the items you get from me! If a refund is approved, item must be returned, refund will be granted after item is received. Buyer responsible for shipping.

Here are some general recommendations, but please keep in mind the uniqueness of your child (each child is a different size!)

SMALL (12 x 14 inch) - up to age 5
MEDIUM (16 x 18 inch) - age 4 to age 12
LARGE (18 x 22 inch) - age 10 to Adult

All measurements are approximate but are useful for picking a size.
--If you know what you would like to carry, you can place all the items together and measure it, to see which bag size is best.
--If you are buying for a specific child, it's best to measure the child's back. Pick a bag that is just slightly larger than their back measurement.
