If you haven’t received your package and it has been marked delivered, please contact your local post office. Also, talk to your postman, neighbors, family members that live in the same household and around your apt/house.

Jewelry's nemesis is chemicals (perfumes, hairspray, body wash, shampoo, sunscreen and chlorine) air and moisture.

- So please take off your jewelry before you get in the shower, swimming pool or hot tub as the chemicals will ruin the finish right away or over time.

- You can use a little bit of water to rub off any oils or makeup gently and use a soft cloth to dry.

- Place the jewelry in a ziplock bag away from air and moisture when you are not wearing it.

- There will be a polish pad included with your order except for plated materials. The plated jewelry already has a special coating on there to prevent tarnishing.

- Don't use the polish pad on gemstones or pearls.

All materials are high quality 14K gold filled, sterling silver or rose gold filled.

Some items are high quality plated jewelry. Each listing will describe in full detail as to what kind of material.

Plated is gold plated over sterling silver or rose gold plated over sterling silver.
