I love the style of this mini cup/bowl and like the rustic nature, but there are slight cracks on the rim that I am concerned about. I am a beginner at making ceramics, and this piece gives me more confidence about what I am making! I do see she is skilled in the photos of her other pieces.

Response from Eeli-Ethel Polli

Hello! And thank You very much for Your purchase! The item was not delivered from USPS and normally they leave the packages in local mail office and leave the notice to on mail box. So the customers can pick the pots up later on. This time the packages was just shipped back to Denmark. And I don`t have any influence over USPS or Post Nord Denmark actions, I can not be responsible what happend. I offered right away, after the customer emailed me, to send a new bowl out or full refund, she prefered refund that she received 5 minutes after. I always offer to send new item as many people want to have my pottery not money. And after my 10 Years experience selling online from several webshops I have, it is very rare that items will dissapear. As the bowl came back to me in Denmark a week after!
