Our coat rack arrived on March 20th and my husband installed it right away. I can say from the time we opened the package we were impressed. The item was efficiently and carefully packaged, and the smell of fresh wood was so pleasantly strong, we both commented on it to each other. The rack is beautifully made, with all the hardware included that might be needed for installation. I would never classify this item as “cheap”, rather I would say, we got what we paid for; a well-made, handcrafted item that will stand the test of time.
