They are pre-printed with the Starbucks logo on the front and the check-boxes and wording on the back. Slight color variations and small manufacturing mishaps in the design happen occasionally, and will not effect the usability of the cup in any way.

Please note! If you order "Ring Only - No Cup" or "Ring and Name No Cup", you will receive the ring that goes around the Starbucks logo that is pre-printed on their Reusable Hot Cups available in all Starbucks stores. I do not reproduce the Starbucks logo - the listing is only for the ring. Cold cup rings are also available - just let me know that is what you want when ordering!
