Made to order pieces are averaging 3-4 weeks from order received to loading it up in the shipping truck. If the item is listed as available it will be ready to ship in 1-2 days from receiving your order. Items listed as you pick the finish will need roughly one week to be completed and ready to ship so that we can stain and apply the finish that you're looking for.

Shipping is curbside only! You should definitely plan on having a few extra hands available the day of delivery to help carry your new piece inside. If you are wanting "white glove" service, there are extra fees associated with that that you will be responsible for. PLEASE INSPECT BEFORE YOU ACCEPT!! If you accept your furniture upon delivery and sign for it and it is damaged, there is nothing we can do beyond that since you signed and accepted it. If it is damaged, DO NOT SIGN for it and contact us immediately. 417-379-7262

The Twisted Stump provides a 30 day warranty beginning on the day your item is shipped. Beyond 30 days, The Twisted Stump is not responsible for wood movement, warping, joint cracks and loose knots, etc. We will not be liable for moisture and humidity damage, temperature changes or sun damage. The warranty will be voided if the purchased piece was not properly installed or cared for. All of our slabs have been kiln dried and the checks and knots will be stabilized during the build process.

We unfortunately do not have the extra space to hold projects once they are completed. We always do our best to work with you on timing and communicate throughout the entire build process. Once your project is completed, we will send a final invoice and typically set up shipping in the same day. After the 7th day of completion if we have not been able to ship your piece out due to circumstances of not being available for delivery to you we will charge $25.00 a day to hold your piece.

Unbelievable skill & care from Chris, & his wife Becky. Chris worked with me from my first inquiry & (at my request) is still in contact with me, making sure the table has a long & useful life. Shipping something so large can cause headaches, but Chris & Becky went well out of their way to arrange this table to arrive by a deadline I had. Truly good people making great art.
