How Quickly Can I expect to receive my order?

For orders placed using Standard shipping you can expect to receive your order in 7-10 Business days. Our Standard Processing time is 2-3 Business Days (Mon-Fri excluding holidays) and our standard shipping method is USPS Ground which takes 5-7 Business Days. We do not have control of orders once the are shipped therefore we do not offer refunds for items that arrive late. If you need your items sooner please be sure to upgrade your shipping to one of the many guaranteed delivery services we offer such as priority express or any of our FedEx options.

Can I Request a Custom Order?

I want to change the colors of the items I am ordering, is that possible?

Yes, Just add our "Customize My Orders Colors" listing to your cart with you other items - additional details can be found in the listing.

I want to change the wording of a banner, is that possible?

Yes, Please place your order using the "Custom Designed Banner" Listing - In the personalization field leave us a note referencing which banner you are customizing along with your preferred changes.
