Since as ship from Bulgaria the shipping time takes awhile. Once a package is being sent, you will receive a tracking number which will prove the fact of sending. Please be informed that I am not responsible for the delays due to Postal services condition.

How long it takes for a package to be delivered?

Every time is different. Sometimes it takes less than ten days, other times more than a month. The reason to take this long is that sometimes the Authorities make the decision to ship with a cargo ship instead on air. The packages from Bulgaria are dispatched to other country in Europe and from there to the U.S. or Australia. This rarely happens but still it happens. It is out of my control and it is really a matter of luck. Many times a customer who orders more than one items in a different time, can notice that the shipping time on different orders is different.
Anyway, on the basis of my experience this is the estimate shipping time:
US - 7-22 days
Australia - 18-30 days
UK - 7-14 days

What shipping option is available?

I usually use Registered Mail™ (International) – you receive a tracking number
or
Priority Registered Mail International® - you receive a tracking number and they claim this is a faster way to ship.


I have tried the tracking number but it not working.

You need to wait a few days in order the tracking info to appear on the website. Furthermore, there are times (mostly when I ship to Australia or UK) the tracking systems not to work at all. Please have in mind that from the moment I send the item the only info I have is from the tracking number. I can’t monitor the shipment in a different way than the customer him/herself.

What does “We Have Received Notice That the Origin Post Is Preparing To Dispatch This Mail Piece””

It means that the origin Post is preparing a shipment for dispatch. Basically manifesting packages heading for the US. Most often, a foreign post will merge all of the packages going to one country and list a manifest of each individual package and their tracking numbers, if applicable.

Once the container is full enough, it is passed to be dispatched. When the container is scanned, the status of all of the packages on the manifest will update.
Once it clears Customs, it will be handed over to the USPS (or other country’s postal service) for delivery.
It does not means that the package is still in Bulgaria. It is already in the recipient’s country.
