I’ve enjoyed my crates — they look good and are being used to store miscellaneous items I carry in the hatchback space of my car. Within the first few days however, one of the side slats on one of the crates broke off. I was amazed because I have used cardboard boxes that have lasted longer. To their credit, the company refunded half of my purchase price which I thought was incredibly classy and responsible. I’m happy to report that the other crate is going strong. The broken slat was most likely an anomaly. Given their responsiveness, excellent service and how good the crates look, I will absolutely purchase from them again. Thanks.
