Almost all items have detailed measurements in there descriptions. Please message us with specific questions.

Colors will vary slightly from dye lots of our fabrics. If you have a specific request or need to match a certain color PLEASE message us prior to ordering. For example, there are many tones of "Ivory" and we cannot guarantee your "ivory" will match ours but we will give you our honest opinion if you send us a photo of your dress. If ordering multiple dresses for the same wedding or event, order together or leave us a note at checkout stating "FOR MARY SMITH WEDDING" so that we can make sure your dresses are all from the same dye lot. We are not responsible for orders that do not match if order is not placed together.

International orders are shipped via USPS and will be forwarded to your countries post office. Certain countries will not provide tracking after it has left the US. Please allow ample time for orders placed outside of the USA. Please contact your post office for further information regarding tracking once it arrives in your country. If you would like an item shipped to a country not listed, please contact us. We can likely do it! Please note, customers are responsible for any import fees upon entry to your country.

We will happily accept an exchange for a different size or style if you need something different. All exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your product.

For straight returns where no exchange is requested, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

All items returned must remain unused and with all tags still attached within 20 days of receiving your package. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
