I ship world wide via PostNL. Any item that doesn't fit through the opening of a letterbox will be sent as a parcel. Items can be combined up till approx. 1900 grams without extra shipping costs.
Small an/or flat items that fit (together) in a (bubble) envelope will have a lower shipping rate. If combined with a larger item however parcel rates apply.

I only offer shipping of parcels with Track & Trace and signature for delivery. Items will be insured till €500.
Letterbox delivery is without Track & Trace, signature nor insurance unless requested and will be €8 (Netherlands), €11 (Europe) or €16 (the rest of the world). Please contact me before you place your order.

Once you've purchased your item(s) I will keep you up to date when I will have posted the parcel and whenever possible give you the information necessary to keep track of the delivery.

On the whole delivery times for the Netherlands is 1 day, for most EU countries 3-5 days and the rest of the world 1-2 weeks. Please note that it may take longer than that due to delays and processing in the country of delivery.

Whilst polymer clay is very sturdy once baked, small and/or thin details can be fragile. Most of my work is not designed to be handled a lot or to be played with and thus should be handled with care and kept out of reach from small children.

Take care when cleaning. Dusting the items with a soft brush should suffice. I myself always use make-up brushes.

I also advise to keep the items from long exposure to direct sunlight as discolouration may occur. Definitely don't put them in water as this can break down the polymers and/or varnish over time. An exception is made for items coated with epoxy resin, specifically to make them waterproof so they can be submerged in aquariums and such.
