of hard back book wraps,
cardboard boxes & sometimes bubblewrap.

● Royal Mail First Class or Second Class Tracked
● Bulk/large items: Courier

● Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (Airmail).
● During busy periods (eg. Christmas), delivery by the postal services could be delayed by up to an additional 7 to 30 working days.
● Delivery timescales are dependent on your national and local postal services.
● Please request a Custom Order for international transactions totaling over 2kg, eg. 7+ A5 notebooks.
● To help Customs - the UK Post Office marks all our international mail as Commercial Goods and are marked as Paper products using the standard international Trade Tariff/Commodity Codes.

1. Please contact us if you wish to return your item.
2. We hand make every item using good quality materials and as a small business, each returning item is important and valuable to us to allow us to re-sell as new.

3. The returning item is your property and remains your responsibility until it is received by us. To avoid damage during delivery, items MUST be packaged correctly in suitably strong packaging with bubble wrap around the entire item so that it cannot move in the packaging. Where possible please use the original packaging. Please take extra care if returning more than one item to avoid the items damaging each other, ie. items should be packed side-by-side rather on top of each other or if items are packed on top of each other, then more bubble wrap should be used.

4. We would strongly recommend that you use a traceable Delivery Service and that you request from them as to the suitability of how the item is packed prior to dispatch as it is your responsibility to insure the package against damage during transportation. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may incur during transit to us.
5. We recommend that images are taken of the items condition and the packaging prior to dispatch should you need to claim against your delivery company for any damage that occurs during transit.
6. Please enclose in the package your full contact details and add your return address to the outside of the packaging in the event your package becomes lost.
