AQUA EDWARDIAN BEDROOM

DETAILS OF EACH ITEM:
WARDROBE: Solid wooden, vintage wardrobe with stencilled motif on both front doors, we believe by the American manufacturer, Keystone. Inside a sliding, metal clothes rail holds four hangers for dolly’s clothes. Please note this is a shabby-chic piece and shows a little wear, although it has been recently hand-waxed.
BED: Charming, antique, metal bed with gorgeously-distressed original paintwork - it folds completely flat when not in use. A tufted mattress is topped by cotton sheets, a soft blanket with ribbon trim and a broderie-anglaise-edged cotton pillow with the same ribbon trim. On top is a vintage, hand-made-reversible coverlet (please see close-up of bed to see the other side of this coverlet). Note: All bedding is hand-made and hand-washable. A soft teddy bear (barely visable) comes with this room set.
BEDSIDE TABLE: Lovely, antique, fine wooden table, probably dating from the early 20th century. On top sits a vintage, marbled-glass teacup, two little books, and brass lamp with hand-made paper, pleated lampshade.
MIRROR: A modern, wooden mirror is secured to the wall with a Velcro tab.
WALLS: Covered in flowery, vintage-patterned paper, which has been mounted on two pieces of 5mm thick A3 foam board. . Each piece of foam board measures 42x29.5cm or 11 5/8 x16 3/8in.
PRICE: For all the items shown in this room set, the price is £125.00, reduced from £150.00.
DOLLS: Chosen from our selection of vintage dolls – please see the DOLLS section of this Etsy shop for a greater choice. The ones shown here are a Lesney ‘Ginny’ doll, who is being tucked up by a ‘Toni’ doll. Note that there are lots of other clothes available for both dolls – please see the CLOTHES and MISCELLANEOUS sections of our website for a small sample of what is available.
SHIPPING: Our shipping prices include insurance and shipping to a UK and US destinations - note that you will receive TWO parcels, one containing the walls, so our shipping prices will seem a tad high. Of course, as always, any significant excess postage will be refunded. Please contact us before payment so we may obtain an accurate shipping cost to your destination, if it is not shown.
