My order is incorrect, there are parts missing

If your order is missing parts, or contains something that you didn't order. Please get in touch with us right away. We have a very busy warehouse, and whilst we take every care to ensure that orders are packed correctly, sometimes human error takes over and we make a mistake. How do I look after my brass ? For antiqued finished brass, simply use a damp cloth to clean the surface. No chemicals required and certainly no buffing, unless you want to remove the antique surface. For bright polished brass - this is high polished brass in it's raw form, it will oxidise over time and dull slightly. Brass can be brought back to life with an off the shelf brass polisher such as Brasso, and a bit of elbow grease. Brass is not like silver ! You won't need to polish it very often and it will retain it's shine for a long period of time ..

Please see our returns policy for further details However, we would accept a return in exchange for other goods and if the original parts are in their original sealed bag at our discretion & on small orders only.
