This handmade paper is made from the bark of the Lokta shrub found in the Himalayas. It is harvested by the locals, turned into paper and dyed using natural dyes, so is a natural, renewable source. It is certified Fair Trade by the World Trade Organisation, supporting the local communities that produce the paper through trade.

The paper will be posted neatly folded, or you can select a shipping upgrade at checkout for it to be sent as a roll in a cardboard tube. 6 sheets or more are sent rolled as standard when purchased at the same time and can be made up of any paper in the Happywrap shop.

The 'with twine' options include a 10 metre skein of fair trade twine per sheet purchased, so for example '5 sheets with twine' is sent with 5 x 10 metre skeins of fair trade twine. PLEASE ADD A MESSAGE AT CHECKOUT WITH YOUR TWINE COLOUR(S), which can be viewed in the last photo, left to right:
