When will my order be shipped?

We ship out all orders on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. Excludes: Holiday's, USPS Priority and USPS Express mail (shipped same day unless after 3 pm)

What surface can I apply my vinyl decal to?

Vinyl decals will stick to any smooth flat surface without much texture. (Ex. Glass, Windows, Mirrors, Toolboxes, ext.) Perfect on any smooth, semi-gloss or gloss enamel paint. **Avoid matte finish latex paints and paints that contain anti-graffiti agents or stain blockers. Vinyl rarely sticks to the new "green" “zero VOC” or “VOC free” paint. Please note that if you have painted recently allow 3 weeks for your wall to cure before applying your vinyl decal as it may not stick to your wall.

Can I remove or reuse my vinyl decal?

Our vinyl decals are removable, but you cannot reuse them. Once placed on your wall they cannot be moved. Our decals are one time use only.

Can I see a proof before/after purchasing?

Yes, send us a message with the information needed for the specific listing at your choosing. We will make changes as you request until it is how you want it.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If for any reason your order was damaged in the mail, please contact us within 7 days of the order's arrival, along with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. From there, we would be more than happy to send a replacement of your order.

Wrong item or incorrect customizations?

We don’t goof often, but if we do, we will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your order is incorrect, please don’t hesitate to let us know within 7 days so that we can fix your order ASAP.

How do I track my order?

To track your shipped order, visit the tab labeled “Purchases and Reviews” within your Etsy account. Within this tab, you’ll find all of your existing orders, as well as your tracking. You can also click HERE: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases

If it seems that your order has been lost in the mail, we ask that you allow 7 extra days for your order to arrive, just in case it has been backed up in a sort facility. If after 7 days your tracking does not update/your order does not arrive, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution. Issue a refund or send out a replacement order and contact the postal service to help locate your order.

You can expect your order to ship 1-3 business days after your purchase date.

Care Instructions (Printed + Laminated Vinyl Letter Inserts)

Wait 24–48 hours after installation before washing or getting heavy rain on the decal (this lets the adhesive fully bond). Hand wash is best. If using a car wash, choose touchless when possible. Avoid aiming a high-pressure sprayer directly at the edges of the letters (especially up close). Use mild soap and water only. No harsh chemicals, degreasers, or abrasive pads. If edges ever lift, press them back down firmly. Warm the area slightly with sunlight or a hair dryer on low, then press again. For best life, park out of extreme sun when you can (normal sun exposure is totally fine). Before install (important): Keep decals dry and clean. Do not wet/soak them before applying

Also very important please do not get the vinyl decal wet as it will stick to the paper backing and be unusable.
