Cookies are Baked Monday thru Friday in a USDA Certified Kitchen, first thing in the morning, and shipped that same day via UPS Ground.

Cookies ingredients include: butter, sugars, flour, oatmeal, eggs, flaxseed meal, various extracts (including almond), brewers yeast, salt, baking soda and your various mix ins.

Cookies come packed 12 to a bag, place 2 of your 3 bags directly in the freezer and only pull out what you need to help them stay fresh!
Shelf Life 10 days on the counter or 3 months in the freezer.

I Recommend that for the Large Cookies you start out with 2-4 cookies daily for 3-4 days and then drop down to 1 as needed. For the mini Cookies or Brownie Bites you start out with 4-6 per day for 3-4 days and then drop down to 1-2 as needed.

I get asked this question quite a bit. The short answer is NO, I do not. I use Oatmeal, Brewer's Yeast, and flaxseed meal as my main galatagogues (milk producing agents). The long answer is several people, myself included can actually have adverse reactions to fenugreek. Instead of helping our milk supply it actually dries up your milk instead. So when I created my recipe I did my research. I tested out a ton of different ratios of the ingredients I do use, and have found this to be my favorite one. It tastes good. They hold up to shipping. AND they work! (For most people).

If I go a day or 2 without eating one or 2 of these a day I notice a dip in my supply. These are also delicious and a great size. Used these with my first , and now my second.♥️

First of all, delicious. Second of all, THEY WORK! I’m pumping 2-4 ounces more per pump session. No gassiness for me or baby or any other negative side effects. Seller answered my questions promptly and was able to upgrade my shipping when I requested this as I spiraled with my dip in supply. So so happy. Will order again. Will ship as gifts.
