If you want to order special size, for example for your small child (5XS) or big people (5XL), just let us know and we can make a special order.

Do you want to put your picture, company logo, write the inscription on the finished design or create your pattern?
Please contact us with your ideas and we'll do our best.

Be accurate in viewing the size table before making an order to avoid any problems. If you are not sure while choosing one of two sizes, pick that one, which is bigger. Measurement eror is ± 1 cm / 0.4 inch.

All of our products have a special package.

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days*. But usually we do everything possible to send your order as far as possible.
*BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday.

The delivery time depends on:
– your location;
– peculiarities of customs clearance of parcels in your country;
– how fast your post-office officials work.

The delivery from Ukraine usually takes 1-3 weeks, but in some cases the delivery time can take up to 1,5-2 months (see the reasons above). Please take this into account when placing an order.
After sending your order, we will provide you with a tracking number of the parcel so that you can check its delivery status yourself.

In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, I return only 80% due to nonrefundable commissions.

Personalized products can NOT be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item will be exchanged. Exchange can be possible only after we receive an original product in good condition.

I accept payment via PayPal. You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:

1. Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2.You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information
3. Enter your credit card and personal info. Click "Review Order and Continue."
4.Review your order. If everything is correct, Click "Pay (dollar amount) Now."

4.I can send packages like these one more time at the expense of the buyer.

Terms of delivery are always changing and depend on the postal service. I will try to do my best that you receive the parcel as quickly as possible. The maximum terms are indicated in my shop, but more often it should be faster than the specified period. The seller is not responsible for the operation of the mail. Sometimes mail may be delayed due to holidays or weather conditions. Sometimes parcels are delayed and lost due to the fault of the postal item, but the seller is not responsible for the work of the postal service. Anyway, I will always try to help you solve delivery issues!
