By purchasing an item from Click Designs you agree to the terms of use listed below.

- NON-PROFIT/PERSONAL USE

You can use our graphics on personal or non-profit projects without credit as long as NO MONEY is made.

-COMMERCIAL USE /CREDIT REQUIRED

Our artwork packs come with small commercial use (up to 250 copies) however to use our artwork commercially we require graphic credit be given to Click Designs including a url that links back to (https://www.etsy.com/shop/ClickDesigns) The link should be placed on the same page as the product that is being sold or displayed. So you purchase the clipart or paper pack normally without an extra license and you credit us.

-COMMERCIAL USE /NO CREDIT REQUIRED

If you want to use our artwork commercially (up to 250 copies) and simply do not wish to credit us or link anywhere then you have the option to purchase our NO credit license. There is an extra fee for this license ($20 USD for each individual SET). So you need to purchase our clipart or paper pack as well as a no credit license for $20 USD.

-CAN BE USED FOR:
• Scrapbooking
• Personal website, blog, banner, avatar, shop banner
• Personal business cards and personal branding
• Personal printed media such as invitations, labels, cards (up to 250 copies)
• Physical crafts, clothing and jewelry made and sold by you, not a third party (up to 250 items)
• Tags, labels, stickers for your artwork (not to be resold as is)
• Our items must make up 30% or less of your finished product.

But DON'T...
• Sell or share, as is or altered, on any website or elsewhere
• Share or distribute the files to anyone outside your household.
• Sell the files as is or altered and / or claim as your own.
• Use the files to create a logo, banner, avatar, invitation, blog, shop banner, site or any other digital design and sell it to your customers - to do that you will need to purchase the extended commercial license and 'flatten' the artwork in the file. (See below)
• You cannot use our graphics to create products and sell on a competitor website. For example do not create scrapbooking kits, templates, clipart packs or paper packs and sell on a digital download boutique/store who is a direct competitor of Click Designs.
• Use our designs as is to print and offer merchandise from them, including fabric, pillows, iphone cases, and more, without altering the image at least 70%. Do not sell items using our designs as is on Zazzle, Cafepress or other marketplaces.


Our products are approved for SMALL business use, with a limit on a run of up to 250. You will need to get the extended license for more prints.
