Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes!! All WomanShopsWorld orders ship wrapped in festive tissue, so your order will arrive ready to gift. If you would like us to leave out the receipt, check the "this order is a gift" box at checkout. If you're looking for something a little fancier: Select the $4 upgrade at checkout, after checking the "gift" box. Your items will come wrapped in beautiful recycled Indian paper, adorned with assorted ribbon and baubles. If you have preferred color story, include in note section at checkout.

I placed an international order that has shipped already... where is it?

Hmmmm... with first class international shipping, unfortunately the postal service often will not provide any updates at least until the package reaches its destination country. Sometimes it will not update until it has cleared customs. Once we drop your goodies off at the post office, we put our trust into those fine people that they will get them to you as quickly as possible. With that said, first class shipping does not provide an estimate of how long it will take to arrive internationally. In our experience it can take anywhere from 11-30 days, sometimes a little longer. Of course we always cross our fingers in our customer's favor!

My order says shipped... where is it?

Hmmm... to find out, please click on the tracking number provided in your purchase history. Often the USPS website updates much faster than Etsy's tracing service. There have been several instances, where Etsy is showing a package as being in "pre-transit" when it is showing as having arrived in its destination city when I go to USPS website!

I'm located in Columbia too, can I come shop in person?

Unfortunately, no. All of our business is done online. We are set up in our stockrooms and in our daily schedules to ship, ship ship! As much as we'd love the company, this translates to our warehouse being a beautiful mess that is just not fit for shopping in person. We've got our goodies listed online and we ship within 1-3 business days. I'd say with the added thrill of receiving a package in the mailbox, it's more fun than shopping in person :-)

Can I return my order?

Maybe. I accept returns on any un-altered items if you contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact me BEFORE returning the goods to obtain return slip. Please note: Return requests made after 3 days of receipt of goods will incur a 10% restocking fee. Items returned >14 days after delivery are not eligible for refund. Tassel/pompom returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Sorry guys, but it takes a lot of time to pull them and even more time to put the back! If the order qualified for free shipping, please be advised that the postage may be deducted from refund. No refunds on ribbons, trims, or fabrics purchased by the yard. Once they are cut for an order, sale is final. All Overstock Sale purchases are final.

Absolutely! We offer free shipping on every U.S. order over $35, and only charge for the first item on orders under that amount. If you need to place more than one order, we'll do our best to combine them and refund any shipping overages. International shipping is a little trickier, but we try our best to provide accurate shipping guesstimates on each item. Please message us with any questions!

These tassels are a great large size- perfect for the focal point on a necklace, for decorating purposes, as purse charms....the possibilities are endless. Beautifully handmade from cotton thread, with a matching-color binding, and a sturdy twisted cotton cord loop at the top. The tassel part measures 3 1/4", the loop at the top measures 1/2", so the entire length is 3 3/4".
Each tassel comes individually wrapped in its own sleeve, so it is neat and tidy when it arrives to you.
