☕ How do I know when you have new mugs in stock?

Great question! For now, the best way is to follow 1MeanMug on Etsy. Simply click on the big button at the top left of this page that says "❤️Follow Shop". Etsy will notify you when I put up new listings.

☕ If I see a mug I like, but I want to change it in some way, can you do this?

Absolutely! The best way to handle this is for you to message me on Etsy BEFORE making a purchase. I am willing to work with you on most anything from changing the wording to tweaking an image, even personalization. Heck, if you have an idea for a mug I don't offer let me know and i'll see what i can do! In most cases, this is easy enough for me to do, so just reach out and ask. If for some reason I can't, I will let you know. For the record, I do not cater to hate in any form or fashion, so if this is what you have in mind, let's not waste each other's time. Otherwise, feel free to message me!

☕ Can I cancel my order?

Because I understand things happen sometimes, you have 2 hours from the moment you purchase to cancel your order. I do everything I can to get all of my orders printed, pressed, and shipped as soon as I possibly can, so it's imperative you reach out to me as soon as possible should you change your mind. Once I've created your mug, its a done deal- no exceptions.

☕ If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order, I do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount. Be sure to follow my shop to stay up-to-date on any sales I run or discounts I offer (click on the big button at the top left of this page that says "❤️Follow Shop").

📫 Do you offer free shipping?

If you spend $35 or more in my shop in one order, Etsy will waive my standard shipping fee and you will automatically receive FREE SHIPPING! So take a look around my shop to see all of the mugs I offer. Also, be sure to follow my shop to be notified when new mugs are available (click on the big button at the top left of this page that says "❤️Follow Shop"). Otherwise, all of my shipping is done through USPS Ground. If you want Priority shipping be sure to check it off during the checkout process! This will add $2.99 to the regular shipping price (for 1 mug). At this time, I only ship within the U.S.

📫 I have a problem with my order. What should I do?

The most important thing you can do is contact me as soon as possible, especially BEFORE leaving a review. I work very hard to make my customers happy, and my reviews reflect this. I do my best, but like you, I'm human and capable of mistakes. If for some reason I've screwed up, I will rectify it to the best of my abilities. Do not hesitate to reach out to me. I make it a point to respond within 24 hours (usually much quicker than that), and I will do what I can for you!
