How can I look after my silver jewellery?

Silver will tarnish over time as it reacts with the air and other factors. To keep your jewellery in great condition, store it in a jewellery box and gently clean with a silver polish cloth from time to time. Avoid wearing while using cleaning products, make up, hairspray, etc. and take off before washing.

How can I look after my copper jewellery?

Copper naturally discolours with age and, with prolonged wearing, can react with the oils in your skin leaving that well known greenish tinge. This is perfectly normal. All my copper pieces are, however, coated in a special substance called Renaissance Wax which will temporarily help protect the piece from discolouring and from reacting with your skin. This will wear off in time but applying a little car wax or similar product will help protect it again. Lemon juice and salt is a great easy way to clean copper. Please be aware that some people are sensitive to copper.

How long will it take to ship my jewellery?

Most items are made to order by me personally and ready to ship within 4 business days. Delivery thereafter will depend upon your location. UK items are sent Tracked 48. If you need it sooner, please contact me to discuss. A special delivery same day rushed processing option is available where possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. All my items are presented in pretty packaging, but for an extra special gift experience you can choose to have your item(s) gift wrapped. Your gift will come boxed, wrapped in pretty paper, tied with ribbon, and a gift tag attached. I can also write a short note on the gift tag for you. Ideal for sending direct to the recipient. Invoices are never included in the package.

Do you offer shipping upgrades?

Yes! UK - Special Delivery is available to guarantee your item is delivered the next working day. I will contact you as soon as possible to confirm whether or not I can meet your request. Order by 12pm for same day dispatch (where possible). INTERNATIONAL - All items over £40 are sent with tracking, with tracking upgrade available on items under £40.

Do you accept earrings returns?

No. I'm sorry but for hygiene reasons, I cannot accept earring returns.
