Shipping was good until my mailer put it in the wrong apartment box by accident. The piece was missing for almost 2 weeks and I thought it was gone. I reached out to Jeff and he was very helpful and kind with suggestions and an offer for a replacement if needed. Thankfully it finally showed up when someone else dropped it off for me (along with more of my missing mail). Yes it took a little longer to get because of the mistake, but no complaints here as everything was handled professionally. The piece is in great condition and it's beautiful! I'm excited to get it up on my wall with my other artwork!
