Always store your beads in an airtight jewelry box or well-sealed air tight plastic bag when not using.
Also remember to store your beads away from humidity, ( like your bathroom ) which can cause brass or silver metal beads to tarnish at a much faster rate. With all metal and organic beads be sure to keep beads away from Water, Soaps, Makeup, Lotions / Oils and Perfumes, it could take on the smell or color or discolor the beads. And keep out of direct sunlight. Remember to Take off jewelry before washing, swimming, bathing, when putting on lotions or perfumes.
