Do you do other design work than products listed currently in your shop?

Yes,this is a multidisciplinary studio. We do graphic design for print and web, editorial design, branding as well as web development including Wordpress based websites. Please contact me with your enquiry and we can discuss how I can bring your ideas to life!

Do you design from scratch?

All of my work is designed from scrach. I will never use clip arts or pre purchased design elements from other designers and only create vector based designs in professional graphic design formats, using the latest software.

How do you ship my order?

Delivered via e-mail or as instant dowloads. * At the end you will get only digital files, no physical item will be mailed to your address.

Do you provide printing services?

I currently do not provide printing services but I can always recommend a suitable printing company, just ask.

What if I changed my mind and would like to get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital work no refunds are accepted unless otherwise specified in the listing description. CANCELLATIONS You can do so within 1 hour for PREMADE designs and instant downloads (provided you didn't download any files) and 6 hours for CUSTOM orders to get a FULL REFUND

If I don't hear from you within 15 calendar days the order will be considered abandoned. These projects may be restarted at any time after the 15 days limit for an additional fee of 20% of the original project cost.

What type of files do you provide?

I only provide files as listed in the project description. If you require additional source file formats such as vector .ai or .psd etc., please let me know prior to purchasing for a quote.

Files are supplied finished, high quality printable, ready to be sent to any local print shop, uploaded to an online printing company or even printed at home.

2. Once I receive the above information I aim to get back to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends) with a proof for your approval

3. If you are happy with the design, I will send you a final file pack.
If for any reason you are not happy, I am happy to do suggested amendments FREE of charge.
