Is there a tracking number?

Every shipped order has a tracking number that will be provided to you.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time (some items can be shipped sooner please check with me) after which I ship all orders with express and secured shipping. It usually takes 5-7 buisness days to arrive at your address. You should write your phone number for the shipping company's use, they can call you to make sure you are home when delivered. The order will be shipped to your PayPal address.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are packaged in a beautiful jewelry box, wrapped with bubble wrap for protection. If you are buying a gift please note it and I will add a special hand-made silk screen printed card for your use. If the gift is being shipped directly to your loved one, you can write me and I will write your blessings on the card.

Can I pay with a Credit Card?

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how: 1. Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. 2. You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 3. Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. 4. Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy. Note: PayPal places restrictions on how often you can use their Guest Checkout feature. Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with the item, you can contact me up to 7 days after you receive the package. Together we will find a solution. If you wish to return the item you will ship the item in it's original box, undamaged, using express and secured shipping within 14 days of receiving the item. Once I receive and check the item, a 50% refund will be sent to you. I do not except refunds and exchanges for custom orders. If the package is lost or sent to the wrong address, I will not refund or exchange. All shipping and taxes caused by refunds and exchanges are to be payed by the customer.

Custom and personalized orders

I love designing custom made jewelry. You can write me what you have in mind, pick a gemstone (if you'd like), and I will send you a sketch. After approving the sketch, I will start working on your order. You can choose to be as involved in the process as you wish. I'm happy to send process photos to you.

I don't charge extra for bigger or smaller size rings. I highly recommend to check your size with a professional before placing the order.
